Help Me Build My Gang Sheet

Need help setting up your custom gang sheet? No problem! By purchasing this $15 layout service, you lock in a spot with us to arrange your images for you.  This service fee is non-refundable.

Please follow these steps after your purchase:

1. Submit Your Files

Email your print-ready, transparent files (PNG or SVG) to info@flawlesstransfers.com. In your email, please clearly specify the following details for each design:

• Dimensions (Size)

• Quantity

⚠️ Please Note: Your files must be submitted ready to print. We will NOT edit your artwork or create new designs for you (such as adding names or text under a graphic).

2. Image & Artwork Requirements

• Resolution: We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI. If your artwork is under 250 DPI or the quality doesn't meet our strict printing standards, we will contact you via email.

• Transparent Backgrounds: Ensure your images have a completely transparent background. The design will print exactly as it is loaded—if there is a solid background color or a border behind your image, it will print.

• Beware of Transparent Pixels: Please double-check your artwork for semi-transparent or stray pixels (often left behind by background-removal apps or digital brushes). While invisible on your screen, our printers will detect these pixels and print them in white. We are not responsible for reprints due to file artifacts.This service fee is non-refundable.

3. Turnaround Time (TAT)

Our current DTF turnaround time is posted at the top of our website. Please note that purchasing this layout service does not hold your place in line. Your production turnaround time (TAT) officially begins once the final gang sheet order is paid for, not when this setup service is purchased. Once your layout is finalized, we will email you an invoice for the prints.

4. Invoicing & Print Queue

Once your custom gang sheet is built and approved, we will email an invoice for the prints to the same email address you used to send your files. Please keep a close eye on your notifications and pay this invoice promptly. Your order will not enter our print queue until payment is fully processed.
