Local Pick-Up Instructions

We’re happy to offer FREE local pick-up for our customers!

📧 When Your Order Is Ready
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been placed in our pick-up bin and is ready for collection.
There is not a set completion time for orders, as it varies daily based on our print queue.
Please wait for this email before coming to pick up your order.

📍 Pick-Up Location
1228 County Road 89
Fort Payne, AL 35967

Pick-up is located at the end of our driveway. You’ll see signs directing you to the designated pick-up area.

⏰ Pick-Up Hours
Daily from 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

📦 How to Pick Up Your Order
Orders will be placed inside the pick-up bin
Each order will be rolled up and labeled with your name and order number
If you have multiple items, they will be grouped together

⚠️ Please do not come up to the house — all orders will be in the pick-up bin for easy, contact-free pickup.

✅ After You Pick Up
Once you’ve collected your order, please reply to your pick-up email so we can mark your order as completed.
