This shows that the print has become more pliable and ready to attach to the hat.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhen 40 seconds is over remove the hat press heater and silicone pad from the hat and apply the patch to the hat in desired location, careful it's hot. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePress again for 40 seconds with light to medium pressure with a silicone pad on top of the patch and hat. Check edges of the patch and make sure it stuck, if not adhered on the edges, repress the hat until you get desired results.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTIP IF YOU DON'T HAVE A HEAT GUN:\u003c\/strong\u003e While your hat preheats in the press, place the patch adhesive-side down on the heat press to warm the adhesive until it becomes tacky. Keep the protective backing in place during this step. Remove it only after the adhesive is warmed and ready.
